it is expected that the successful aplplicants will have :

1. Male/Female (1,2,3,5,6),Female (4),not more than 28 years old (3)
2. Graduated D3/S1 (1,2,4,5), S1 Interior Design/Graphic or Architect/Art Design (3), Fresh Graduated D3/S1 Informatika (6)
3. Minimum 1 year experience (1,2,3,) working in visual,designing display,interior design,Fashion or art,shop design and layout experience an added advantages (3,5) minimum 4 years experience in related field (4,5)
   
4. Love fashion and having knowledge in fashion trend (3)
5. Excelent knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel,words,powerpoint) (1,2,3,4,5,6, Adobe Photoshop,illustrator,card came dan 3D max program is Preferable (3,5)
6. Fluent in English both written and spoken (1,2,3,4,5,6)
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill initiatif (1,2,3,4,5,6)
8. Hard working,enthusiastic,initiative,responsible,willing to work as a team (1,2,3,4,5,6)
9. Strong Leadership skill,analytical skill,organizational skill,self motivated,team worker,hard worker and able to work under pressure (4,5)
