1. Account Officer (AO)
- Minimum Diploma Degree of any disciplines
- having experience in micro finance and SME
- Have good market portfolio and data base
- Used to work with financial target as a key Performance Indicator : Loan POrtfolio, Free Base Income, Loan Quality, New Loan Customer and Audit Rating
- Having financial analisys knowledge and ability to interpret all forms of financial data including cash flow with sound and profound credit risk assessment skill
2. Operation Officer (OO)
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- Having minimum 2 years experience in operations and back office support
- with a sound knowledge of banking products and related administration functions in an operation environtment
3. Compliance and Risk Management Officer (CRO)
- Bachelor Degree in legal, prefeably in Business Law
- Possess high sense of Risk Awareness, Compliance and Integrity
- Good in operating MS-Office (Word, Excel, & Power Point),
- Have minimum 2 years experience in banking compliance and risk management
4. Legal Documentation Officer (LDO)
- Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable university
- Having minimum 3 years working experience in banking
- Having experience to prepare and review agreement
- Having experience to recommend legal advice and compliance process with
- the prevailling law and company's policies
- Familiar with litigation procedure
- Familiar with preparing any loan agreement, amendments, letters, security agreement and other legal
- documents for legality of loans signing as well as arranging signing ceremony
- Familiar with providing legal advice and opinion on a credit extension,
- contract agreement and other general legal matters related to banking and commercial law.
5. Financial Control Staff (FCS)
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Have 1-2 years experience in Accounting
- Familiar with basic accounting principles (including PSAK), financial
- Have knowledge of banking regulation
6. IT Staff (IT)
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
- Have minimum 2 years working experience
- Knowledge able of Local Area Network / Wide Area Network / Windows Server 2003 / 2008, Windows Xp / Vista
- Familiar with AS/400 machine is additional value
7. Customer Service Officer (CSO) / Head Teller (HT) / Teller (TL)
- Minium Diploma / Bachelor Degree of any disciplines from a reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
- Have minimum 2 years experience (CSO & HT) or 1 year banking experience (TL)
- Computer literate & ability to work in computerized environment
- Good Personality, honest, highly motivated, hard worker, highly accuracy, excellent administration, disciplined
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
8. Money Market Dealer (MD)
- Minimum Bachelor Degree any disciplines from a reputable university
- Have minimum 3 years experience as money market dealer in banking
- Good analytical & negotiation skill
- Target oriented
General Requirements :
- Male / Female, max 30 years old for all positions
- Excellent Communication skill a must
- Have strong Interpersonal, leadership skill & team work
- Excellent ability to write and communicate both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
