Requirement :
- Male/female, maximum 40 years old
- Minimum 10 years working experiences in HR Management, experience in HR holding company will be an advantage.
- Excellent understanding in human Resoureces activities (Recruitment & Selection, Training, Organization Development, Compensation & benefit and strong understanding in Indonesian Labor Regulations)
- Good track record with previous companies, strategic thinker, good leadership & interpersonal skills.
- Willing to be placed in Bali
