Management Organization Development (MOD) Associate
BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
This position is accountable for assisting the MOD Manager in assessing and evaluating the organization needs by developing, improving and implementing the actions, which are divided into training, development plan, recruitment, consultation, policies and procedures related to HR functions.
ORGANIZATION NEEDS ASSESSMENTS - Manage and organize a system, which can accommodate regularly the process of organization needs assessments by developing a standard and procedure within the organization
ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT PLAN - Assist the HR Manager to develop and update regularly the organization development plan, including advancement planning to prepare the readiness organization in meeting the objectives.
JOB EVALUATION PROCESS - Assist the HR Manager to manage the regular/annual Job Evaluation Process, which the results will be used for organization updates and development, including the monitoring of position descriptions updates.
MANAGING & APPRAISING PERFORMANCE (MAP) PROCESS - Actively and creatively organize the implementation of MAP annually within the company and ensure that the results are delivered timely and accurately.
CODE OF CONDUCT AND COMPLIANCE WORKSHOP - Organize, manage and monitor the implementations of COC and Compliance Training. It is also encouraged to recommend any possibility for improvements.
- S1 graduates from Psychology/Management/Human Resource with at least 4 years experience in HR fields with specialization in training & recruitment.
- Good communication skill & interpersonal relationship
- Well knowledge on HR Development tools
- High proficiency of computers or related equipments
- Excellent written and oral communications abilities in English
