Micro Mandiri Manager (MMM)

General Qualifications :

• Work experience min 5 years: 3 years in the field of micro-credit & 2 years in between breathing leading micro-finance unit
• Have good communication skills, neat, courteous with a high confidence is a plus

Duties and responsibilities:

• Leading and managing micro-credit units
• Giving credit decisions appropriate limit the authority
• Develop and maintain a loan portfolio in order to stay healthy

Credit Quality Officier (CQO)

Responsibilities

• Implement the control and supervision functions for both lending and smoothly
• Perform credit control processes, bookkeeping, monitoring and billing

Requirements :

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS :

• Maximum age 35 years
• Education Min. D3 (preferably S1) with GPA of at least 2:50
• Do not have a nuclear family who worked at Bank Mandiri (parent, brother / younger brother, husband / wife)

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 4 years work experience in the field of supervision of credit, credit administration, internal audit and accounting / finance
• Mastering Ms. Office

Credit Administrasi Officer (CAO)

Responsibilities :

• Implement the function of credit operations, storage and documentation of loan collateral
• Conduct analysis of performance, function and monitoring HR GA

Requirements :

• Mastering Ms. Office
