HEAD OFFICE JAKARTA
I. CORPORATE FINANCE CONTROLLER
General Requirement :
- Male/Female max. 35 years old.
- Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.Work experience in an audit firm is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experiences in hospitality industry.
- Applicant must be willing to travel on a routine basis to visit the resorts.
- Having experiences in various accounting and accounting positions in operating hotels will be advantegous.
- Oversee the Finance and Accounting activities in the operating hotels.
- Consolidate accounting reports from each hotels and prepare the hotel company financial report.
- Prepare analysis of each hotel trading performance and participate in the monthly business review.
- Ensure compliance on all accounting and financial procedures.
- Consolidate and monitor budget preparation and realization.
- Ensure all Company and Employee taxes are fully complied.
- Liase with external auditor and prepare the Company’s book for annual audit.
- Must be willing to travel and perform work on each hotel site, as per required by the Company.
